If I Could I Would....

I hope that everyone had an enjoyable Thanksgiving holiday. I did for sure. I don't know about your family, but my family time was just plain whimsical. We had an abundance of home-cooked food, pies, and quality time.
I love it when my family gets together.
We love animals and foliage... so my mother and aunt prompted a little fall photoshoot.

My sister, Bec, flew in on Tuesday. I spent four glorious days with my best friend.

Thanksgiving, to me, is the kick off for Christmas. So needless to say, I am ready for Christmas.
Mr. Luke came to town on Saturday and we had a lovely weekend as well.
It was the icing on the Thanksgiving cake.
He and I are both learning about photography.
In preparation for my new camera (best Christmas present ever!), Luke has learned the basics of shooting in manual. He taught me what he knew and now we are learning together.
We played in my yard and practiced our new skills.

Fall is my most favorite season. I love the colors and I love how the weather is supposed to feel. ha. Even though it is not always cardigan weather in the glorious south, I still love this season.

I want to start writing a consistent once a week post for something fun. My brainstorming sessions have ranged from "Something Cool Saturday" to "Make It Work Monday" to "Try Hard Tuesday" but I think that I have settled on "If I Could I Would"
My plan is to write "If I Could I Would" once a week and I intend to fill it with things that inspire me, things that I would change, and things that I most definitely wish that I could do or make happen.

So.... If I Could I Would never wash my hair.
Now I know that Im getting a little personal, but its my blog therefore, its my world. hah.
There are just so many things that I would rather do than wash my hair.
Plus.. dirty hair always fixes a little better.

If I Could I Would draw like Teagan White

I cant take credit for finding her. I have to give that to the artful Mr. Luke.
Isn't that stunning?
I love that style. I want to fill my house with it.

Well... now its back to the grind. School work takes its place on the priority list.... under fun and the Lord of course.
Drop a comment saying what you Would do if you Could.
