Got 5 minutes?

I'll tell you one thing folks, I have been in a craft-tastic mood this week. I posted the magazine holders out of cereal boxes a few days ago which can be viewed here. Lets just say that my work space is shaping up nicely. I'm still getting used to having a desk. A lot of times I catch myself saying, "Oh I left that important document on my desk" or "give me a sec to run to my desk and I will check that life altering fact that you need" or "if only I were at my desk then I would be able to solve the worlds problems..." you know, stuff like that.

Anywho, I though I would share with you what I made yesterday.
It literally took me 5 minutes.
This bad boy of a craft is something that I have seen on practically every DIY link on every DIY site. I cannot take credit for this, you would know that I'd be lying.
This is something that I have always wanted to make I just never had the time, or remembered, to sit down and do it.

I did not have to go into work until after lunch Thursday morning, so I had the morning free for whatever I wanted. After having coffee and breakfast with the lovely and wonderful Sicily Axton, I sat down on my bedroom floor looking for something I put under my bed. I came across a bag full of flat picture frames that my sister gave to me. Then the fun began.

The Easy Dry Erase Board

Supplies:
Rad scrapbook paper
Picture frames
cup of coffee (well, its not really necessary, but it was morning so I needed it)

Remove the glass from the frame, you know the drill. I laid the cardboard from the picture frame on top of my paper to measure how much I would need to cut off.

To measure, I literally folded excess paper over the edges of the cardboard to make a creased line

Then I cut down the line

after that little bit of cutting, I put the paper on top of the cardboard and into the frame.
It did not fill up the whole frame, but I used the excess paper that I cut to fill in the space. Works like a charm. No glue or taping required. It simply fit into the frame.

Ta- Da!
I may have gone a little crazy. I just couldn't stop making them!
I love dry erase boards!
One a couple I put in some extra things.
One is a list of goals. You can put in anything that you want!

On these two, I drew on some paper "goals" and then stuck it in the frame on top of the scrapbook paper. Super simple.

If you've got the time and some extra frames lying around, stick some paper in them and go to town! Dry erase markers work on glass just like on a dry erase board. Love it.

I hope that everyone has a beautiful weekend.

Blessings,
JJ
